Malaysia’s Tourism Tax (TTx) may apply for foreign passport holders: MYR 10.00 per room, per night, collected at check-in. Malaysian nationals and permanent residents are exempt. Other optional extras are only charged if requested.
Non-Refundable Booking: Not refundable and cannot be amended or modified. No-shows are charged in full.
Refundable Booking: Free cancellation/modification up to 3 days before arrival. If cancelled/modified later, or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
