Malaysia’s Tourism Tax (TTx) may apply for foreign passport holders: MYR 10.00 per room, per night, collected at check-in. Malaysian nationals and permanent residents are exempt. Other optional extras (such as airport transfer or parking where applicable) are only charged if requested.
Group rates depend on your dates, number of apartments, length of stay, and apartment types. Send us your group details and we’ll reply with the best available rate and booking arrangement.
Non-Refundable Booking: Not refundable and cannot be amended or modified. No-shows are charged in full.
Refundable Booking: Free cancellation/modification up to 21 days before arrival. If cancelled/modified later, or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
